To learn about Geograpgy:Roads and Bodies of Water I went on Brian and Alex's website, along with Eric's website too. Brian and Alex's website was very well put together, I enjoyed how they did the fun facts about the Jordan River. Eric's website was really good, I love how well it was put together and how it was organzied and how the whole website looked as a whole. The two most intereseting facts I learned were that many cities were built on the great sea(which was known as the Mediterranean Sea) for the purpose of trade, travel, and food.I also learned that the Romans got the idea of using the aqueducts, as a way to support their constantly expanding population's need for water, from Ancient Babylon and Greece. Brian and Alex could have improved their already very well done website by maybe putting some more pictures on it and Eric could have maybe made the backgroud a little more interesting.

To read about roads and bodies of water I reviewed Brian’s and Alex’s website along with Eric’s. On Brian’s and Alex’s website I enjoyed the fun facts and I very much liked the map. I learned that the Sea of Galilee provides a stable climate for the surrounding areas. I think the only thing that would have made it better would be more information and a larger map. I also don’t see a works cited. On Eric’s I liked the google maps and how much information was included. I did not know how aqueducts were constructed and found the included breakdown very helpful. The only thing I would have added is a section on how roads improved mobilization and how it aided them build a large empire. Both of these sites were outstanding and provided lots of information.

To learn about bodies of water and roads in the time of Jesus I looked at Brian and Alex's website and Eric's website. On Brian and Alex's website I liked the fun animations and the map that added excitement to the website. On Eric's website, I enjoyed the neatness and organization of his information, and I also thought that the Google map he included was interesting to include. Two interesting facts that I learned from both websites was that the Jordan River was the setting of the Baptism of Jesus and Roman roads stretched from the Iberian Peninsula to Asia Minor. In Brian and Alex's website, a works cited might have been good to include. In Eric's website, the font maybe could've been bigger for the paragraphs. Both Brian and Alex's website and Eric's website were very descriptive and intriguing.

To learn about Geography:Roads and Bodies of Water I went to Brian,Alex and Eric's websites. First, I went to Brian's and really loved his page layout and his pictures. I never knew that the head waters of the Jordan River are more that 1,000 feet above sea level and that the Jordan River is the lowest elevated river in the entire world. One way Brian and Alex could improve their website is to add a couple more pictures to show where all the geography features are at. Next, I went to Eric's website and really loved his creative title and his color scheme/background. I never knew that Roman roads were extremely straight due to the chariots of the time and that the Romans built aqueducts for the rise of population to keep the water flowing into the big cities of their empire. One way Eric could improve his website is to maybe make his other links run a little faster. Overall, these websites were very creative and well informed.

To learn about bodies of water and roads during Jesus’ time I visited Brian and Alex’s website and Eric’s website. Brian and Alex’s website had a nice color scheme that made the words and facts stand out and seem interesting. Eric’s website provided a great deal of detailed information accompanied by meaningful pictures. I didn’t know that the Salt Sea existed or that people used its salt for the preservation of food, but Brian and Alex’s website taught me that. I learned from Eric’s website that because Romans brought clean spring water into their cities by way of aqueducts, Roman people maintained good health and hygiene compared to other cultures of their time period. Alex and Brian’s website was very well done, but to improve it they could’ve included more pictures and their works cited on their website. Eric also did a nice job with his website, but he could have possibly simplified it to improve it. Overall both websites were very organized and informative.

To learn about geography, roads and bodies of water during Jesus’ time I went to Brian, Alex, and Eric’s websites. What I liked most about Brian and Alex’s website was the animations for the words when you opened the page it was very unique. My favorite thing about Eric’s website was the layout it was put together very well. Two interesting facts I learned were that the Jordan River is over 200 miles long and how important the aqueducts were to the Romans. One thing to improve on for both websites would be to just add a few more colors next time.

To learn about the Geography during the time of Jesus I viewed the websites made by Eric as well as the group of Alex and Brian. In Eric’s website I very much liked the modern map he presented and I found it very interesting that Rome’s first major road stretched to 362 miles. For Alex and Brian’s website I very much like the picture presented at the beginning anf I thought it related nicely with the topic at hand. One fact that I found especially interesting on their website was the fact that the Jordan River is over 223 miles long. Although these websites a both very near perfection, there are a few slight changes that I would make to each. For Brian and Alex’s website I would include more pictures that correlate with the topic at hand instead of the one in the beginning previously mentioned. For Eric’s website I would like to see a bit more of an eye catching background. Other than those minor points I thought that these website were really great!

I visited Brian and Alex’s website and Eric’s website to learn about geography. I liked the template that Brian and Alex used for their website, it looked very creative. Eric’s website was well organized by topic, so the information was easy to find. One of the most interesting facts I learned was that the Jordan River is the lowest elevation river in the world. I also learned that the Roman’s first major road stretched 362 miles and was called the Via Appia. For Brian and Alex’s website, it was a good idea to include the map, but they could've made it bigger or clearer so it was easier to see. To improve his website, Eric could've made the font bigger. Both websites gave interesting facts and information.

In order to learn more about Geography: Roads and Bodies of Water in the time of Jesus I visited Brian and Alex’s website along with Eric’s website. On Brian and Alex’s website, I really liked the special effects they used on the text! It made it very clear that they spent a lot of time working on their website. On Eric’s website I really liked how you could search by tags, it made it so much easier to find what you were looking for! One interesting fact from Brian and Alex’s website that I did not know is that the head waters of The Jordan River are more than 1,000 feet above sea level. Another interesting fact I found on Eric’s website is that Rome had eleven aqueducts running into it! One way Alex and Brian could improve their website is to have separated all their information into organized tabs. Eric could improve his website by making the side bar bigger so we can see all the information he put on it. Overall, these websites were very helpful in teaching me about Geography in the time of Jesus.

I visited Brian and Alex’s website to learn more about the bodies of water in Judea, and Eric’s to learn more about roads. Brian and Alex’s website has an awesome color scheme that really makes you want to read what they have to say, and Eric’s is not only informative, but has a fantastic, easy to use layout to it that shows he worked very hard on his website. Two interesting facts I learned about bodies of water are that Jesus was baptized on the Jordan river, and that the Salt Sea was actually used to provide salt for the people of Judea. From Eric’s website I learned that Diocletian built 372 Roman roads during his time as Emperor, and that the Romans actually used ditches just like we do today along our roads. To make their website even better, Brian and Alex could have checked their grammar in a couple places, and Eric could have maybe found a picture to fill the empty space at the bottom of his page. I really enjoyed both of these websites.
